My approach is based on three tenets: propriety, scalability, and cost of ownership. By analyzing and understanding the goals of the organization, we can create and implement optimized and collaboration solutions. At C&R, we are results driven and hold that the user's experience is the most crucial aspect of any AV technology initiative.
I have worked as an AV professional for the last 15 years - operating, supporting, managing, and designing audio, video, lighting, control, video conferencing, IP networks, and digital signage technology. Over that time, I have gained insight into the operations of non-profits, governments, corporations, and enterprises and their unique use cases for AV technology. Most recently, I held a position as the Enterprise Solutions Architect and Lead AV Engineer for a large, international tech company headquartered in the Silicon Valley.
I hold several AV industry standard certifications including AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Crestron DM Engineer, Extron AVA, Q-SYS Level 1, Dante Level 3, and SDVoE Design Partner. I've previously obtained network engineering certifications including Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) and the Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA). Finally, I am a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and like to infuse iterative methodologies into program and project management. I have received manufacturer training from Crestron, AMX, Extron, Audinate, HPE Aruba, QSC, Chief, and Brightsign among others. I have a Bachelor's degree in Music from Rutgers University and a Graduate Certificate in Communications Systems Engineering from UC-Irvine.
